Meet Our Team
Over the last 25 years, we’ve found that while all foster youth need support, we have a special knack for ensuring older foster youth have the unique care they need. Adolescents and young adults in the foster system often have seen multiple foster homes and schools. They need a team who “gets it,” and individuals they can trust. They need people who know that they have specific challenges as they work towards their goals in education, finding a place to call home, attaining meaningful employment, and finding adult mentors.
We’re here to listen to foster youth. We’re here to advocate on their behalf. We’re here to let them know that they are never alone. We’re here to ensure every foster youth has access to the education, home, and positive relationships they deserve.
